Warranty
Mi-CADDY electric golf buggies are covered with a genuine 12 month comprehensive warranty on all parts with the battery being the only exception. Batteries are covered by a full six month replacement warranty.
IMPORTANT, Please ensure that you register your purchase as, in the event of a claim, evidence of the date of purchase will be required.
After sales service
The simplicity in design of MiCaddy electric buggies makes after sales service easy to administer as the various components, including the controller, are very easy to replace. I personally attend to any after sales service requirements in the Perth area. In the case of areas outside the greater Perth Metropolitan region the required replacement part/s will be sent by priority post with simple, easy to understand instructions on how to fit the replacement part/s. If the unit is still under warranty and professional assistance is required, I will arrange for a suitable local party to attend to the matter and I will pay for that service.
